The conference information is correct at the time of publishing. However, the organisers reserve the right to change the information where necessary without notice. In the event of industrial disruptions, the conference and organisers accept no responsibility.
All communication with registered delegates will be by email. You will receive a confirmation letter and tax invoice within 2 working days of registering. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder before contacting us at comcare@conlog.com.au.
If your email address has changed since registration, please send your new email address to comcare@conlog.com.au.
Morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch will be provided. Submit your dietary requirements during registration or email comcare@conlog.com.au as soon as possible. If you have a severe allergy, please advise us before the conference, and bring your prescribed allergy medication.
Dietary requests will be catered for to the best of the caterer's ability. While due care is taken by the organisers and caterer, individuals must take primary responsibility for their own health.
The dress code for conference sessions is business casual. The dress code for the conference dinner is business cocktail.
Registration desk
The registration and information desk is the main point of contact for enquiries and will be open throughout the conference.
Name badges
Your conference name badge grants you entry to sessions and must be worn at all times during the conference. If your name badge is not visible, you may be asked to present it by staff or security.
Payment and fees
All payments must be received prior to the conference. If payment for your registration type (such as Early Bird) is not received by the cut-off date, your registration type will be changed to the next registration level.
Goods and services in Australia are subject to a 10% tax (the GST). All conference registrations and ticket rates quoted within this website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Tax invoices will be issued after receipt of registration and payment. Visa, Mastercard and AMEX are accepted. When you pay by credit card, Lasch Pty Ltd TA Conference Logistics will appear on your statement.
Credit card payments can be made online or over the phone. Credit card payments attract a 2.75% fee, which is added to the amount showing once you select your card type.
Details for EFT payments will be provided on your tax invoice. Please reference the payment with your name and invoice number.
Registration fees do not include insurance. It is strongly recommended that participants take out their own general travel insurance covering loss of fees/deposit, airfares, accommodation charges, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and repatriation expenses.
