Confirmation email

All communication with registered delegates will be by email. You will receive a confirmation letter and tax invoice within 2 working days of registering. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder before contacting us at comcare@conlog.com.au.

If your email address has changed since registration, please send your new email address to comcare@conlog.com.au.

Cancellations

• All cancellations and requests for registration refunds must be made in writing to comcare@conlog.com.au.
• Any changes and/or cancellations to your registration or optional bookings will not be accepted over the phone. Please email your changes in writing to comcare@conlog.com.au.
• If you are unable to attend the 2026 Comcare National Conference after submitting your online registration, you can nominate a substitute. 
• Cancellations made before/on Friday 14 August 2026 will receive a refund less an administration fee of $110 per person. Cancellations received after 5pm AEST Friday 14 August 2026 will not receive a refund. Exceptions are at the discretion of the Comcare Conference Team.
• Approved refunds will not be issued until after the conference.
• Refunds will not be given for non-attendance at the conference.
• Accommodation and airline cancellations are at the discretion of the individual provider concerned. Please check the individual Terms and Conditions when booking.
• Should your attendance to the conference be impacted by any restrictions enforced by government regulations, the Comcare Conference Team will discuss available options on a case by case basis and come to a mutual agreement.

Payment and fees

All payments must be received prior to the conference. If payment for your registration type (such as Early Bird) is not received by the cut-off date, your registration type will be changed to the next registration level.

Goods and services in Australia are subject to a 10% tax (the GST). All conference registrations and ticket rates quoted within this website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Tax invoices will be issued after receipt of registration and payment. Visa, Mastercard and AMEX are accepted. When you pay by credit card, Lasch Pty Ltd TA Conference Logistics will appear on your statement.

Credit card payments can be made online or over the phone. Credit card payments attract a 2.75% fee, which is added to the amount showing once you select your card type.

Details for EFT payments will be provided on your tax invoice. Please reference the payment with your name and invoice number.

Privacy

• Before you begin your registration, you will need to give consent for your personal information to be used in facilitating your registration.
• Your privacy is important to us. We will only collect, use or disclose your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 Cth (Privacy Act).
• Any personal information you provide as part of the registration process will be used for marketing and activities related to the production and setup of the conference. This encompasses any information you provide into the registration portal, which may include your personal and business details, dietary requirements, accommodation bookings, health related contact tracing, photography and video consent.
• Comcare, as well as our conference partner (Conference Logistics) and associated service providers, are unlikely to disclose your personal information to a person who is not in Australia or an external Territory. 
• Comcare is committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals during the registration process.
• You do not have to consent to providing your personal details. However, you will not be able to register for the conference if you do not do so.
• Your registration information will be encrypted and securely forwarded to Comcare, our conference secretariat and associated service providers.
